  Exchanges or Returns  
 
At Sports Invasion customer satisfaction is important. Sports Invasion will evaluate each return and will issue a credit after the product is evaluated based on the following policies:
 
 
  Return Policy  
 
All custom ball orders are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect or the logo is incorrect.
 
 
All shipments are subject to shipping and handling charges according to the destination.  
 
Sports Invasion Error: If customers are returning the product due to a defect, or if their order was incorrect due to our error, we will refund the entire price for the purchase, including all shipping/handling costs and sales tax if applicable. Customers must notify Sports Invasion within 7 business days after receiving their order for all claims regarding shortages or defective merchandise.
 
 
Customer Error: Wrong sizes and colors will be refunded or credited for the purchase price and any applicable sales tax. The customer will be responsible for all shipping and handling costs to return the product to Sports Invasion. Customers must notify Sports Invasion within 7 business days after receiving their order for all claims where customer has made an error. Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking charge.
 
 
Manufacturer Warranties: Sports Invasion will honor the manufacturers guarantee on any of their products originally purchased Sports Invasion. Contact Sports Invasion for information on warranted products.
 
 
Sports Invasion will not accept returns for merchandise that has been worn or damaged by the customer.
 
 
Custom Products & Uniforms: Products that are personalized, imprinted, or made to order are non-returnable. This includes products such as numbered uniforms, team wear, logo on balls, imprinted bags, etc.
 
 
Payment
 
 
Online orders may be paid by MasterCard, Visa, American Express, or Discover.  
 
Shipping, handling, and insurance and tax (if applicable) will be added after the Checkout process is complete.
 
 
Sales tax will be added for California residents only.  
 
Customers will be charged an additional $20.00 for returned checks.  
 
50% deposit may be required on larger orders such as uniforms or goal products. You will be notified if a deposit is required.
 
  Pricing  
   
Our catalog is primarily intended for use by soccer leagues, clubs and schools. Products and prices have been chosen based on good value. Coaches, Referees, Players, and Administrators may take advantage of our value-based products. Quantity discounts are considered net prices and unless otherwise notified, no additional discounts or incentives will be applied. Prices are subject to change without notice. Inventory is based on availability.
 
  Security  
   
At sportsinvasion.com we take data security very seriously. We use robust encryption and firewall technologies including 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology to process credit card details. We will never release card information to anybody outside our organization other than to process the order and check for fraud, credit and security.
